At present, the level of China’s high-speed railway construction quality management is still insufficient. Due to vague definition of engineering construction quality management risks, complex relationship between them, and the charactristic of latency of risk influence to quality management. All these resaons lead to difficulties to research on risk assessment. However, the existing literature of this kind of risk assessment remains to be complementary, so this paper try to resesrch on the risk assessment of the high speed railway construction quality control.At first, This paper defines the connotation of the high-speed railway construction quality management risk, and describes the concept of project risk; secondly, applying the risk identification process, describing the formation process of the quality control risk list table, using the scientific method to select the risk evaluation indexes from listing table, analysising and determining the risk assessment criterias with three dimensions, which make sure to establish the risk index evaluation system systematically; Thirdly, through the analysis of relative risk evaluation method, this paper expounds the reason why to choose the method of fuzzy analytic network process(F-ANP);And take AHP which is the propotype of F-ANP as the main line, analyzed and compared the three evaluation methods of AHP, ANP, F-ANP; Then, combined with the index system to construct the high-speed railway construction quality management risk assessment hierarchical model and network structure model with three evaluation dimensions; What’s more, the paper is introduced a practical case, Combined with survey data, three methods of evaluation are used respectively to carry out the different results of risk assessment and the paper analyzes these results to verify the practicability of the model. Results show that in21risk factors, the risk of human factors and management behavior is the most likely to happen, also is the biggest influence on quality, the most difficult to control. At the same time to verify the accuracy and practicability of the network evaluation model which has a certain practical guiding significance.
