| With the rapid development of science and technology and the arrival of high-speed information age, we have completely entered the background of economic globalization. Due to the increasing attention to expand outside region and overseas business, there is an overall upward trend of regional business and multi-national in recent years. In this wave, China’s catering industry is developing rapidly, especially the chain restaurants, but in the outward expansion, the interior design and fusion of regional culture is ignored, which causes the interior design in most chain restaurant is modular and standardized. However, the dining space, as a carrier of culture, in the exchange and fusion of cultures, has tended to lose its own characteristics and diversity, which leads to a larger gap between the local dining space design and the international advanced ones. In recent years, people gradually realize the negative effects of globalization and begin to raising a growing concern about how to enroll the regional culture into dining space design.This paper systematically analyzes and research of the design language in localization interior space design of chain restaurants, studies its origin, development, current situation and current problems, and summarizes the principles, extraction and expression of the localization interior space design of chain restaurants. This paper studies the design theories of chain restaurants by using the method of comparison, and analyzes the design elements, influencing factors, design principles, design methods, design program of regional chain restaurants. And by taking Starbucks and HuoGongdian as an example, this dissertation emphatically discusses the design method of chain catering space in cultural and artistic level, and proposes the design strategy in regional and transnational interior design of chain restaurants, with the aim of finding an ideal balance and the direction of development in the chain dining space design in the future, realizing more commercial value and promoting tans-regional development of local industry. |
