With theimprovement of people’s living standard, the construction product quality requirements aredaily increasing. And one of the important factors affecting the quality of the main building isa reinforced concrete quality problems. Once the main structure or the use of material qualityproblems arise, the light buildings and structures can not be normal use, serious will endangerpeople’s life and property safety. Therefore, the reinforced concrete quality problems relatedto engineering quality has increasingly become the focus of attention. This paper reviews thecurrent situation of A construction company, project quality management system, analyzes thequality problems of reinforced concrete construction completed, mainly embarks from theconcrete problems, thorough and meticulous analysis, find out all kinds of problems. Ingeneral, in addition to the material selection, mixture, construction operation and otheraspects caused by various problems of reinforced concrete construction, constructionpersonnel’s professional level, comprehensive quality, responsibility and quality managementdeficiencies and is not strict, is also an important reason. In view of the problems and reasons,this paper then puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the quality ofreinforced concrete construction, mainly from the engineering design, material selection,experimental test, the management system of the company, supervision and quality ofemployees and so on, with the improving measures, ensure the high quality, the reinforcedconcrete construction low consumption, green environmental protection in constructionproject goal. |
