Research And Design Of Cosmetic Automatic Carton Machine

This subject comes from the School-Enterprise cooperate project (503103013) of Guangdong University of Technology, aims to design an automatic carton machine that applicable to a variety of cosmetics and improve production’s efficiency.At present, the automatic carton machine of domestic cosmetics industry generally have the shortcomings such as:lower efficiency, unstable performance^high rejection boxing rate. In response to this phenomenon, it designs a cosmetic automatic carton machine based on the analysis of the recent situation of domestic and international packaging machinery, the development trend of domestic and international carton machine, the problem of domestic carton machine. Determining the overall design scheme through the cosmetic automatic carton machine motion analysis, scheme comparison, cost estimation. The total program includes machine’s functions and range of applications, process route,spatial layout, and the main action cycle flow char,design parameters.Based on the mechanism and packaging machinery design theory, and use the computer software complete the design of the agencies.The main research contents including the designs of the various components、such as carton machine frame, Carton Taking-Opening mechanism, Instruction Crawling-Placing mechanism, Carton conveyor chain mechanism, Pushing mechanism, Sealing mechanism. Conducting modal analysis, stiffness analysis with the finite element analysis software (ANSYS Workbench14.0) to the frame of the automatic carton machine. Conducting the structural design, kinematic analysis, simulation to the key mechanism, and draw the trajectory curve, displacement curve, velocity curve, acceleration curve of its executive ends. Then assembling the various components into a virtual prototype that facilitating the assessment and analysis. Finally、machining and assembling the components into a prototype.The automatic carton machine of this subject is applicable to various sizes of cosmetic packaging%provided the theoretical basic and productive experience for a higher speed automatic carton machine. It has a positive meaning of promoting the automatic carton machine and packaging machinery automation of our country. The research results have been applied in the enterprise, while it meets high speed cartooning, has the advantages of high efficiency and low scrap rates.
