This thesis states views based on the R&D on the design method of the special motion control software for automatic packing machine which has three servo mechanism asked by the user. The efficiency of the design method evolved from the general motion controller which has employed the structure of DSP has tested through actual run.The main works of this paper are summarized as follows:Aimed at the characteristic and functional requirement of automatic packing machine which has three servo mechanism, the control system platform which includes the motion controller based on DSP, HMI, temperature controller and so on is set up.According to the motion control system of automatic packing machine, it puts forward an applied software design approach of real-time motion control system on the modeling tool of UML. By analyzing use case of automatic packing motion control system, it builds static diagram of system, such as use case diagram, realization diagram and status diagram. By analyzing packing object, it builds dynamic diagram of system and uses activity diagram to describe packing process. The corresponding interactivities model which is between the master and slave computers is designed and analyzed by the flow sheet.For the sake of predigesting the mechanical structure of packing machine and improving product precision, the independence and synchronous control design which replaces the mechanical cam, axial mechanical linkage and so on is realized by electronic cam and multi-axis synchronous control design.In order to improve the precision of motion control system, the PID compensatory and synchronous algorithm is used, which effectively eliminates the error brought by the mechanism. Moreover, speed-up and speed-down curve are used to achieve a smooth speed curve to reduce the mechanical resonance.In view of the main problems of control software for previously encountered in the application, the research of fault-tolerant and the anti-interference ability of the software system are studied in this paper, which improve the reliability a lot and ensure the quality of the system.Based on what has studied above, a suit of automatic packing machine software which achieved the primary functional requirement brought forward by consumer is designed and exploited.
