| With the rapid development of economy, the demand for nickel ore in China is increasing year by year, and the main way to transport this cargo is by sea. In addition, the rise of the free surface when the water content of goods exceed the standard could leads the ship to capsize. According to the characteristics of ore ships, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and China have introduced the corresponding laws and regulations to regulate the bulk cargo ship transport behavior. However, it is rarely that the researches of technical means to ensure bulk cargo ship the nickel ore transport security especially for goods state full real-time monitoring and pre-warning technology.In order to guarantee the security of the underway bulk cargo ship, according to the International Maritime Solid Bulk rules regards to the may liquefy cargoes related safety regulations, this paper studies the key technology of bulk nickel status monitoring and pre-warning. For the special and complex environment in the transport process of the nickel ore, the paper proposes and implements the method which could real-time monitor bulk nickel status by using wireless sensor network, designs the overall structure of the monitoring and warning system, solves the layout and the problem of data transmission in wireless sensor network among the sensors, nodes, gateway and wireless routers on the ore ship, and realizes receiving and parsing of the data collection in wireless sensor networks. In addition, this paper also uses Kriging estimation to estimate the sampling area, assesses state trend by multiple discrete points of nickel ore status data for the monitoring region, and establishes the pre-warning model of the whole monitoring area which is combined with Kriging estimation method. In order to verify the correctness of monitoring and pre-warning technology which is proposed in this paper, the paper using soil moisture sensor carries out the water content of the nickel ore measurement experiment, to ensure the system measurement accuracy can meet the actual demand.The monitoring and pre-warning system of the bulk nickel status in this paper can provides a solution for the monitoring of the bulk cargo ship and the may liquefy cargo transport, has positive significance for improve the fluidity ore transportation safety. |
