| In the modern residential area, people are not only good to meet the material spaceenvironment, communication more become one of the basic needs of modern living,reasonable residents exchanges are one of the ways in which communication emotion,relieve pressure. High density, high volume ratio of modern residential area while cansolve the problem of the increasing urban population, but lost the good home feeling andsense of belonging in traditional residential courtyard space, lost relationship friendly getalong with people.Theoretical study and field investigation, this paper studies the research method ofcombining the communication space of modern residential area as the main object ofstudy. First, the concept of traditional residential courtyard space analysis, the reasons,and traditional residential courtyard space in the process of history development andformed by residents space corresponds to the fundamental demand characteristics; Then,starting from the communication needs of residents, analysis of modern residentialdistrict spatial behavior and the basic characteristics of communication space, as well asthe communication space of XINYU residential district field research, found thatcontacts the status and problems to seek the reason; Finally, in view of the modernresidential district design factors unfavorable to the residents association, existing in thecourtyard space in traditional residence and, on the basis of modern residential areacontact space point from the traditional courtyard space, draw lessons from andabsorbing its reasonable factor, put forward to build conducive to exchanges betweenresidents of modern residential district communication space design strategy, in order tosolve the problem of the missing. Thinking of traditional residential courtyard spacebring us enlightenment to promote communication, to expand modern residential districtcommunication space theory research has certain academic significance and applicationvalue. |
