Freight Station Integrated Of Kunming Railway Bureau

Current and in the future period, railway transport capacity has been a major bottleneck restricting the development of the railway. Combined with Chinese actual rail transport, optimization and adjustment of freight station layout, business integration for small volume freight station, and centralizing capacity to establish rail freight hub station have a very important positive significance to improve the efficiency of rail transport.In this paper, it analyses freight station distribution of the Kunming Railway Bureau station, and proposes the problem of source of goods and business processing conditions, freight station distribution, capabilities, division of labor, capabilities of dot and line.On this basis, it discusses the principles of freight station integration and influencing factors, and analysis consolidation of small volume freight station and establishment of freight hub station. As the base of cargo, ABC method is proposed to determine consolidation scope of small volume freight station. According to the shipments and the category, it calculates small volume freight station evaluation to decide whether to shut down the small volume freight station. In line of the hub, it calculates demand weights for screening freight hub station, and selects a station with smaller demand weights as a freight hub station within qualitative analysis of the actual situation of freight station to determine the final integration solutions.According to the theoretical approach, existing freight stations of Kunming Railway Bureau are analyzed and calculated to identify study scope of32small volume freight stations, and six freight stations with lower evaluation value of them are proposed to shut down. In line of the hub, the demand weights of more than one million tons of freight station as freight hub alternative station is calculated to determine freight hub station, at the same time, small volume freight stations are proposed integration solutions with adjustment according to the specific circumstances.Finally, freight station integration is analyzed in terms of integrated solution, obtaining government support, service polices and facilities and freight volume transfer to ensure carrying out the integration.Integration is the inevitable development of the railway and society, and the transport of country economic construction materials is ensured through integration with enhancing transport capacity and optimizing capacity resources. By expanding intensive scale and increasing freight volume, while enhancing the overall effectiveness of rail, effectively promoting local economic construction to serve the national economy better.
