The Research Of The Architecture Edge Space Design Of Art Industrial Park In The Towns In Chengdu Plain

Art Industry is rapidly expanding in Chengdu Plain under the current background of urbanization, and has been a new physical element of the local context since it plays an significant role of space carrier. The parks combine several different kinds of space, among which the edge space is one of the most influential part. The space closely ties up with urban context, and has an important influence on diversifying urban appearance, creating characters of the park and improving the space vitality. Beginning with the edge space, this article focuses on the targeted design strategies that are based on the systematic study and deep research of art industrial parks in Chengdu Plain.First, this article clearly defines and generally elaborates the art industrial park, analyzes the relation between the industry and Chengdu Plain, interprets the concept, form, characters, functions and values of edge space, and summarize the theoretical basis.Second, by the study of the main art industrial parks in Chengdu Plain, I sum up the form and characters of the parks and point out the shortages.Third, the article has a deep and systematic analysis on the main elements of edge space in the parks:human, component factors of space, types and appearance, which is based on the previous research and study.Finally, after all of the analysis, the design rules of art creative industrial park in Chengdu Plain are put forward, the specific design strategies are given from urban design, architecture design and environment design levels, which would be useful to create the edge space with distinguishing features and blending into the surrounding environment.
