Regulatory Planning Strategy Research Of Historical Town

In town and country planning and management system of China, regulatory planning is the key technical aspects of urban construction management. Issues of regulatory planning in historical town relate to whether the conservation of historical and cultural heritage can be achieved, and relate to whether the levels of living environment in historicaltown can improve or not. Against this background, The main research contents are the following:From the start of the theory of regulatory planning and conservation of historical town, this article learnt numerous domestic and foreign similar planning theory of regulatory planning and theory and practical experience in conservation of historical town, which provided theoretical basis and practice support for the study of regulatory planning of historical town. On this basis, the paper was in the context of time, having combed the history of practice in regulatory planning, and having summed up the main problems of the current regulatory planning of historical town.This paper mainly studied historical town, discussed in detail the main factors affecting spatial form of historical town. The historical town is divided into plain towns, mountain towns and water Town from the perspective of geographical features, and spatial morphological features of each type of of historical town were classified discussed. On this basis, combined with the current status of the development and conservation of historical town, we put forward four characteristics of current historical town in China which are spatial isolation, functional edge, social heterogeneity and cultural fracture.This provided a theoretical support for the latter compilation method discussion of regulatory planning of historical town.Based on summarization of practice and theoretical research before,from the traditional perspective of regulatory planning and adaptive characteristics of historical town, we made initiatives of improving current regulatory planning of historical town in three areas, one of which is integrating the urban design into regulatory planning, the second is the introduction of GIS technology in the compiling work of regulatory planning, and the third is to strengthen the system of public participation.To ensure the implementation of regulatory planning of the historical town, and thought control, the paper made appropriate adjustments to traditional index system of regulatory planning, analyzing/discussing the characteristics and adjustment of control index of historical town, and control index system, respectively, which aimed at providing theoretical guidance for the compiling work of regulatory planning in similar areas in China.Finally, this paper took Hadapu Town in Tanchang County for example, conducting a practical demonstration of previous theoretical exploration to a certain extent, especially in aspects of combining urban design with regulatory planning, focused on integrating urban design guidelines into legal achievements of regulatory planning to ensure that the achievements of urban design can earnestly guide town construction of historical town and historical and cultural conservation.
