Regulatory Detailed Planning Strategy Research Of Historical Block In A Case Of Rucheng Historical Block

Regulatory detailed planning was born under the background of reform and opening up in China,and has been developing for about thirty years.From some cases and study about regulatory detailed planning,we can found that the existent regulatory detailed planning is lacking adaptability in some special areas such as the historical block,who can’t put forward some pertinent advice and measures about development intensity control and urban design regulation,resulting the out of coordination between the overall protection and update of historical block.Therefore,the preparation method,content and index system of regulatory detailed planning need to be adjusted for different areas.The author attempt to study the regulatory detailed planning of the historical blocks,in order to find out the method and index system of the regulatory detailed planning in this paper.By reviewing and summarizing the relevant theory and practice at home and abroad of regulatory detailed planning and historical block,the development process of the regulatory detailed planning,concepts,methods,content,including the basic data collection and control elements,and also the adaptability of existing urban regulatory planning in historical blocks,has been analysis and studied.In order to improve the adaptability of regulatory detailed planning,this paper tried to rebuild control system of regulatory detailed planning of historical block and find out the principle,land use,space environment,supporting facilities,activities of rebuilding control system,by introducing demolition and construction ratio,minimum volume rate,zoning control.Finally,on the basis of the theory mentioned above,and in a case of Rucheng Historical Block,it first summarizes the historical evolution,historical building,historical environment and Present situation,and then put forward the control system of regulatory detailed planning of Rucheng Historical Block which can provide technical reference for block construction management.
