Spatial Construction Of City Commercial Districts Based On Space Syntax

Urban space is composed of different buildings、outdoor spaces and the streets that connect them.,Its manifestations significantly react the spatial structure of the city, and social overall, economic activities, places cognition are closely related.The structure of urban commercial district is considered to be an important element which affect the commercial forms.The structure of urban commercial district is considered to be an important element which affect the commercial forms.In the construction of space, the connection between the road and commercial space is the point in space structure. This article use the space syntax based on GIS which generate some useful data representing the accessibility, to explain the syntax logic construction in commercial blocks and the influence of the existing commercial street space on city commercial space construction. Take flowing streets as examples:Qianmen street commercial district in Beijing, Blue harbor commercial district in Beijing and Shangxia nine commercial street in Guangzhou.In order to supply strategies for future design in commercial district.This study has three major purposes: evaluate the efficacy of the topological configurational model referred to as space syntax in commercial space construction. Considering the traffic patterns of behavior in different spatial scales,the regional scope is divided into the street space and the other city space, which will be analyzed one by one with space syntax.A new explanation based on the concept of accessibility will be proposed. Secondly, explain the direct and indirect effects between data based on space syntax and commercial space in scale of region、commercial space and node space. Thirdly, the characteristic of commercial district space and accessibility were analyzed, and some potential suggestions for future plans will be provided.This study examines the relationship between the space construction and commercial district space by space syntax. Commercial space activities scatter in axis quantitative which tested higher, the overall value has the highest influence, the most dynamic business shall be arranged on the axis. Shallow level commercial space can be understood better, accessibility is better. Similar spatial syntactic variables space will form different feelings. Commercial street layout is the embodiment of commercial activities in space. It is important to design reasonable space to balance business resources and meet the needs of the citizens. By predicting the result with space syntax, we can put forward the guiding opinion in he design phase of the project, achieve the optimization objective.
