Aerospace products are single-pieceproduction.Its research and development costs are high, so it is very important toensure that the product design is reasonable during the product design stage. Finiteelement analysis has a great advantage in the verification of product designrationality, so the design of aerospace products is often inseparable from the finiteelement analysis.For machinery products with complex structure and many parts, there arevarious ways of connection between parts. There is often a complex nonlinearrelationship in the connection between parts. Linear finite element analysis is oftenused for large models.Linear processing of the non-linear relationship is needed inthe finite element modeling. Whether the linear processing of the non-linearrelationship is right directly determines the correctness of the finite element model ofthe machine. This article introduces the linear processing method about the commonnon-linear connection through the finite element analysis of two kinds of aerospaceproducts and has some reference value.The main contents of this paper are:1) The paper introduces nonlinear structure and traditional linear simulation method of nonlinear structure in linear finite element analysis and specifically describes thesimulation methods and principles of modeling bolt preload and ball hinge2) The paper introduces the relevant knowledge about the structural dynamics.FEMmodal analysis and theoretical derivation is done to three-point beardingconstruction. The theory is applied in the modal calculation of the optical reflectorwith ball hinge support;3) The finite element modeling and analysis is done to the optical reflector with ballhinge support.
