With the continuous development and innovation of the space technology and the standard of mission requirements continuously improve,making the requirements of the spatial resolution of remote sensor are also getting higher and higher.The mirror assembly is also the core of the space remote sensor system,and the imaging quality of the entire optical system depends on the shape accuracy of the mirror assembly.In high-precision instruments,more and more use the cementing technology to replace the traditional mechanical structure to connect the mirror assembly.In the cement curing process,the mirror surface accuracy is mainly affected by the bond stress,the thermal stress caused by temperature changing and the impact of gravity.The negative effects of these factors can be improved by designing a reasonable support structure and a cementing process,the main work of this paper revolves around this two points.In this paper,the design and analysis of the support structure of elliptical space mirror with diameter of 310 mm ? 236 mm,including the initial structure of the mirror designing,mirror support structure designing and cementing process designing.According to the theory of flexible hinge,the structural dimensions of flexible components are determined;according to the principle of the cured adhesive layer,the structure of the insert is optimized design;the simulation analysis of the mirror assembly is verified by experiments,which proves the rationality of the mirror support structure and cementing technology.The research work of this paper is mainly aimed at the following aspects:1.Through the research and analysis of domestic and foreign related research status quo of the mirror support structure and cementing technology,and summarizes the basic idea of the design of the support structure of medium and small diameter mirror,and summarize the general steps of the design of the mirror assembly process;2.The basis theoretical of the design of the mirror assembly is introduced,including an overview of the support structure designing and an overview of the cementing process designing and the treatment of the mirror surface;3.According to the basic idea of the design of the support structure,the structure of mirror and the support structure of mirror are designing,and through the finite element analysis method to verify the rationality of the design;4.Combined with the general steps and methods of the design of the technology of cement assembly,according to the principle of heat dissipation design,the optimal thickness of the adhesive layer is determined theoretically,and according to the principle of adhesive layer,the structure of the inserts has been optimized and improved;5.The design of the support structure of the mirror assembly and the rationality of the cementing layer process design are verified experimentally,including the assembly of the mirror assembly,the mirror surface detection,the sine sweep experiment and the random vibration experiment.
