Vibration and noise characteristics of vehicles are one of the main factors affecting the ride comfort. In the process of auto production, because of the mistakes in design, assembly and adjusting, excessive vibration and noise often appears in produced vehicles, and seriously influence the ride comfort. When vehicles are designed in primary concept, the parameters of NVH should be involved, and it must be considered in every stage of design.Aiming at a certain type of hybrid bus, when the engine is idling, the vibration of carriage floors is analyzed using modern test technology in this article. Based on simulation software platform of HyperMesh,SolidWorks,ANSYS,MATLAB and finite element theory, wavelet signal analysis method and vibration knowledge, the finite element model of bus is established and the free and constraint modals are calculated, and the bus'inherent characteristics is mastered. Based on the model analysis, vibration signals are tested in idling condition and running condition, and are analyzed by wavelet, it is proved that the bus floor's vibration is produced from structural resonance. After the structure is improved, the modal analysis has been done again. The result shows that the bus inherent characteristic is out of the engine and pavement incentive frequency, the purpose of reducing vibration and noise is achieved. |
