Abstract/Summary:
This paper focused on the stability of currernt collection based on the static and dynamic perfomace of pantograph. an experimental system of pantograph was devised which consist of with pantograph vertical vibration system, pantograph and catenary system simulation,The system is composed of advanced virtual instrument technology, and ultimately achieve the purpose of control.The details are as follows:In order to investigate the dynamics of pantograph-catenary, the pantograph system dynamics model is established and analysis the flow stability of the pantograph by technical parameters and simulation result of type DSA380D pantograph; Based on virtual instrument technology, to design of the pantograph test platform by using Lab VIEW software, the MCU and NI boards to make the pantograph-catenary system zigzag movement, the bow net vertical control of excitation system, the bow net vertical motion system;Made the further improvement on the excitation system which system is introduced in the closed loop control system,this strategy can eliminate the position servo motor shaft generated during rotation.Accroding to what is achieved from the former research.based on the test analysis for DSA380D type by the pantograph experimental, and experimental data analysis, the Catenary pressure, offline, flying hard point parameters targeted the pantograph-catenay detection program.
