Abstract/Summary:
The four major objectives of project management is project schedule, investment, securityand quality. Investment, safety and quality is based on the project schedule and project activities,different project stage has different emphasis. Therefore, project schedule management is thesoul of the project management. Project schedule management of modern time has been given abroader meaning, it will not only want to project schedule, investment, security and quality oforganic combination, and the allocation of resources and the social effect of unity. The progressof the project management of modern time has become a comprehensive index to reflect theproject implementation status.The boiler reformation project preconstruction projects of COFCO Bio-energy (zhaodong)company Is not completed, design drawing of lagging behind the progress, the progress of theproject due to the new and old device cross more and produce large quantities of can’t advanceexpected to change, to make the project schedule to achieve control of the state. Based on thepresent situation of boiler reformation project are analyzed, so that the progress of the projecthas serious lag, then finds out the main factors that the whole project is not means reasonableproject schedule management, project progress nearly reached the level of out of control. Afterdetailed analysis, other factors also lagging behind the progress of the project. According to theanalysis, proposed the introduction of network technology ideas about project management.The author uses the network technology for the project process of the boiler reformationproject decomposition, then by calculating the work time parameter and the total target timesetting a new project schedule, the key route is determined, established in accordance with thenetwork schedule plan model project duration requirements. Through each stage and drawingnetwork diagram, found the VIII stage network planning needs to be optimized, so as tooptimize the eighth stage network planning. Then described the forward line of comparative law and comparative law two list for the project schedule control and were used in differentstages of the project, to control the progress of project goal. The author also expounds threesteps of project schedule control, that is to compare the actual progress of dynamic observation,analysis and schedule adjustment, provide scientific method and basis for the control of projectschedule better progress in the following projects.At the end of this paper, the author puts forward the project schedule management of anumber of strategies and measures, including strengthening the contract management, theimplementation of a comprehensive risk management, information management, theestablishment of schedule management specialist and establish the project schedulemanagement reporting system; security measures including establishment of projectorganization and the formation of the responsibility assignment matrix, improve the variousapproval procedures, to establish change approval system and project appraisal system, add theproject construction drawing budget and establish the project schedule coordination meetingsystem. Practical strategies and measures in the implementation of the project has been a gooduse.This research uses network schedule management technique to practice the schedulemanagement optimization proof boiler reformation project schedule management, networktechnology for complex projects, especially the large-scale infrastructure project is effective.Using the network technology to optimize the network for the boiler renovation project, notonly solved the problem of the progress of the project, but also in time and comprehensiveutilization of resources has achieved good results. At the time, not only will the project has beendelayed42days time back, particularly a saving of62days of the project duration. In theallocation of resources, save the project investment of resources. The project schedule wasoptimized by using network technology, not only can save the project duration, can optimize theallocation of project resources, the relationship between the clarity of project work, straightenout the relationship between the professional.
