But the cost of construction enterprises in dynamic management still exist many problems, especially the central role of not clear budget work in dynamic cost management, it is necessary to management method, the dynamic cost management mode, system, steps were more in-depth and meticulous research, to really play a role in the construction project.This thesis first explains and introduces the main techniques in construction project budget, budget preparation process and principles of application construction budget in project cost management, the budget for construction project cost dynamic management of budget clearly, budget system is not standard, budgeting, budget implementation and problems dynamic management of supervision, the construction process cost dynamic management of specific issues, and analyzes the causes of these problems.
