At present, construction enterprises are facing the construction market pile up inexcess of requirement, the increasingly fierce competition in the environment, to takeadvantage of this trend in the fierce competition in the market economy, productdiversification, differentiation and cost optimization of, is to see who can output highquality, short construction period, low cost and customer satisfaction of products, whocan win in the competition, who will be able to develop to survive. As a major sourceof income for the construction of construction enterprises, in order to survive andmake development in the fierce competition, must be in the construction, improve thelevel of management, strengthen economic accounting, efforts to control costs, withlow cost, short period, high quality, win more profits, do a good job in project costcontrol and management is the main factor of the core competitiveness of constructionenterprises.Based on a large number of literature on consulting and, starting from theanalysis and compilation of responsibility for the cost of basic theory, constructionproject cost management of construction project, analysis of the responsibility costmanagement and control of construction projects, and calculate the cost according tothe responsibility of practical projects, the responsibility of project cost calculation thebase index, principles and methods of the further explanation, analysis and application,achieved good results and in practical engineering.Through investigation and research, the thinking and suggestions put forward thecost management of project. The main suggestions are as follows: assessment andreward and punishment system should be established to change project; projectmanagement ideas, the management methods, such as: high strict and standardizedmanagement, strictly control the cost; benefit by mutual discussion, a careful analysisof the project cost loss of key points and control measures; attaches great importanceto safety and quality, to avoid the loss of the benefit; pay close attention to the projectconstruction, reasonable compression the management cost, saving the overhead.
