Research On Cost Management Of Hadijian Company

The rapid economic development poses severe requirements for the management of enterprises.Cost management,as one of the core contents of business management,has a crucial impact on the rapid development of enterprises.The improvement of a series of cost management theory and practice system has promoted the improvement of enterprise management efficiency and gradually shifted the product cost management to the process cost management.This is an important idea shift of putting a series of production and circulation links into the overall environment for research.First of all,this paper takes Hadijian company cost management as the starting point,through the three-stage analysis of its contract,implementation,and delivery,systematically sums up the lack of comprehensive cost control methods,single cost management dimension,and cost with narrow management.The reasons for the existence of cost management problems can be summarized as follows: the standard cost-cost system has not yet been built,the cost management simulation technology and time-series management are low,and the average price comparison and budget management are low.Secondly,this paper analyzes the cost influencing factors of Hadijian company from both internal and external perspectives: at the internal level,it combines the type characteristics of Hadijian company and analyzes each influencing factor in combination with the phases of the project’s operation.Including project contracting stage,project construction stage,completion and delivery stage.At the external level,according to the operating characteristics of Hadijian company,its influencing factors are divided into three aspects: investment principals,suppliers and competitors.Thirdly,this paper designs the cost management method of Hadijian company from the perspectives of optimizing cost management,internal cost management and external cost management.Finally,in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the optimized cost management methods,this paper proposes safeguard measures and concludes the suggestions for optimizing the cost management of Hadijian company.This article aims to build a company based in Hadijian company and seeks to find the defects and loopholes in the company’s cost management.It focuses on the operating characteristics of Hadijian company to focus on the influencing factors of costs,and hopes to provide effective cost management for Hadijian company possible way.
