The Study Of The Personal Maritime Search And Rescue Terminal Based On AIS Technology

In recent years，with the development and expansion of world shipping market，maritime traffic situation becomes more and more complicated. Maritime trafficaccidents occurred repeatedly, the drowning person has little hope for survivors. Inorder to protect the life safety of the drowning person, rapid and efficient maritimesearch and rescue work is essential.In this study, personal maritime search and rescueterminals are installed in a lifejacket，when confronted with maritime traffic accident，it will send standard AIS messages on the dedicated channel of AIS to report distresslocation information，so that rescuers can locate the drowning person efficiently andrapidly.First of all, this paper introduces the AIS technology and its important part ofSOTDMA protocol,then we discuss its theory and performance requirements,on thebasis of analysis, we propose the design shceme of personal maritime search andrescue terminals.We make the corresponding circuit design and program design forthe plan. In circuit design,We analyzed GMSK modulation circuit、carrier circuit、two-point modulation technique and matching circuit emphatically.In program design,We analyzed interception and parsing of the GPS information、AIS informationcoding and transmission control emphatically. Finally, on the basis of research andactual measurement the correctness of the scheme and system functions can beensured.The personal maritime search and rescue terminal based on AIS technology isthe future development of maritime search and rescue，it will play an important role inthe future.
