Research On Aviation Electrical Connector Reliability And Its Appication

Taking the power connector as the research object, the reliability engineering, the electrical connector theory research and the surface treatment are dealt with. Taking the pulled off separation electrical connectors as an example, the reliability of the power connector is studied based on multi-factor influences. Finally, using the power connector characteristics, a power protection control device is developed, and the staggered results are obtained.The main job content in this thesis is as follows:(1) The development of the reliability engineering at home and abroad is analyzed, and the reliability engineering development trend is summarized.(2) With the basic theory of electrical connectors as a starting point, the characteristics of the touchware and the touch influence in different environment are studied. The power connector surface treatment mode is studied, and the different materials for electrical connector exterior influence are analyzed.(3) Taking the pulled off separation electrical connectors as an example, through a lot of experiments and data, the environment affectiveness in shock, vibration, sand dust, moisture, etc. is researched, and its reliability is analyzed in details.(4) Using the power connector itself characteristic, combining aviation enterprise’s own production requirement, developed power protection control device and established the neural network model, then carries on the simulation, realized the electrical connectors in control system application.Finally, it is pointed out the role of the electrical connector reliability testing and electrical connector applications in control systems. The theoretical and practical experience is provided for the similar new product development and the improvement of the existing products, which has certain directive significance.
