The determinant of the commercial construction is business.Commercial complex which is an advanced mode of the development of contemporary commercial buildings comes along with the integration of urban functions, a large-scale space and streamline organizations composite. The construction of commercial complex fully reflects the composition logic and the laws of form in the context of consumer culture. On the contrary, any pure architecture evaluation of commercial complex which ignores commercial factors is weak.The British sociologist Alan Bryman summarized the features and principles of the Disney parks as the representative of the business model concisely. The Disneyization affects the business models and business forms deeply and ultimately reflects in the commercial buildings.
