The full amount of valve is a large thermal power plant equipment and pipingmedia commonly used as a safety valve. The media in valve flows intricately, inorder to obtain a better flow characteristics, it will involve a lot parameters instructural design. Aim at the factor of the complex structure of full amount valveand ever-changing flow patterns to the performance of the valve, we study themethod of the flow channel structure parameter optimization as well as we study therelationship between the performance of the valve and the disc assemblyFirstly, establish the mathematical model of displacement, operatingcharacteristics, the stiffness of the spring and throat diameter, and establish threedimensional geometric model of parts and assemblies. To describe optimization ofchamber of safety valve, establish the parameter optimization model. IntegrateiSIGHT and ANSYS together, according to the idea of model transformation.Change optimization of CAE model into mathematical model and solve, taking thecomplexity of the structure of the valve chamber into account. Use the combinationof genetic algorithms and sequential quadratic programming, the optimized designparameters expands the volume of valve body and ease the body quality effectively.Secondly, for the optimized valve cavity flow numerical simulation analysis,based on fluid mechanics calculation method, we use the Workbench to analyze thefull amount of valve.According to the study of the comparison between changesbefore and after the optimization on valve port flow, it has been found that itimproved flow on the whole turns greater than the former, flow curves are basicallyconsistent with the former and the character of flow is able to meet the requirementson designing.Along with the increasing of the opening list, the optimized valve’sflow curves tend to be decline, the valve core parts of the medium flow rate aremuch smaller than before optimization. Therefore, through the optimization of flowchannel structure, we have reduced the effect of flushing action of fluid on the valve core, apparently reduced the damage to the valve core due to the high speed flow ofmedium.At last, based on the analysis of safety valves in flow field and pressure field,researches on the variation of flow in different opening lifts and the mechanicalcharacteristics of disc. Via the analysis,author summarizes the variation of qualityand flow in different entrance pressure of safety valve. Research on axial force ofvalve flap without considering the dynamic pressure and considering the dynamicpressure conditions, when the valve fully opening we analyses the relationshipbetween axial force of valve flap and entrance pressure.
