| With the blooming economy and the accelerating urbanization in our country,construction industry is in fast lane. New construction projects each year outnumbered thepast. The ever-growing construction industry demands to shorten project time span andimprove quality, which boost the developments and consummations of construction-projectmanagement theory.Construction projects typically features long building-time and vast investment. Themanagement of these projects plays a key role in the efficient advancing of them. With theadvancement of information technology and the concept of environmental-friendly buildings,existing evaluation systems fail to reflect the management quality of construction projectsthoroughly. Therefore, the author propose a complete set of indexes for the post-projectevaluation of GDX group’s construction project based on owner’s perspective.This essay starts with the introductions of relevant concepts and theories of constructionprojects management, spotting out the confinement of traditional evaluation indexes. Theauthor studies the evaluation of GDX group’s construction project on the aspects of researchphase, preparation phase, construction phase and trial run phase, emphasizing the owner’srole in the management of the project. An evaluation system based on the four phasesmentioned above is proposed. The weigh analysis based on the analytical hierarchy process isproceeded. A synthetic conclusion is obtained by using fuzzy synthetic method.The essay sums up all factors from the analysis of construction practice, and gives a totalevaluation of the management quality of the project management, which can be a referencefor the assessment of the project. Meanwhile, it is a valuable reference for other constructionprojects and the management design of other project to be built. |
