Management And Application Of Post-project Evaluation On Electrical Power Enterprises Construction Project

Post-evaluation is the last link of project period,for the government,it's an important means of supervision and managementof national construction on major investment projects.Compared with the developed countries and international organizations abroad,post-project evaluation stated later,at present,it still in the stage of development,and the electric power engineering construction has not been a standard set of evaluation index,therefore,there is large quantity of work to be carried out and completed.In this paper,discusses the development of project post-evaluation system about our electric power enterprises,analysis the content of the main evaluation for electric power construction project post-evaluation detailedly,do a in-depth research on electric power construction project post-evaluation constructing principles and requirements,so as to the model of it.At the same time,analysis the similarities and differences of model and index at home and abroad,find out defects existing in our country,and puts forward improvement measures.Then,illustrated by the example of the power supply project of Guangning traction power station of Guiyang-Guangzhou high-speed railway,from the construction,operation,economic,environmental and social benefits,project implementation and the interpretation of sustainability and other aspects,complete post-evalution of the project.Finally,based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP),build a reasonable evaluation index and model,to do comprehensive post-evaluation of the project,and get the degree of the overall success.
