| Since2005, China ’s economy has entered a new development process. From the past toencourage real estate development, real estate macro control and now change the background,under the premise that we should in this real estate company under adverse conditions putforward new ideas and measures to deal with this adverse environment. Risk management isthe response to this environment changing circumstances can put forward a practical andeffective application management. Risk management for the implementation of the projecthas been more engineering industry recognition and attention, and now, for the project riskmanagement research project management theory has become the hotspot.In this paper, qualitative research and theory with practice, case studies and othermethods, mainly to complete the following research work. The first chapter, describes thecause of the problem and research significance, to conduct research papers contents andmethods as well as the overall framework. Chapter II review relevant theories, researchquestions for this article involved in the relevant theory review, find the research question ofthe theoretical basis. Third to fifth chapter is the project risk identification and analysis, riskprevention and risk management measures, starting with the construction phase of the uniquenature of the risk analysis, key research projects during the construction characteristics andthe need for risk management. risk identification leads the basic steps and methods to analyzethe risk characteristics of the construction phase, may lead to problems, on this basis, the useof risk response measures. Chapter VI using actual examples of projects, and the use of thefirst five chapters introduce the theory of risk management in the ancestral temple Donghuaold city reconstruction project risk analysis, evaluation and analysis of the results. |
