The Research Of EMU Mechanic Occupational Stress And Its Relation With Traffic Safety

With the rapid development of high-speed railway, EMU mechanic occupational stress has become increasingly prominent. As a key position in railway, their health and working conditions will determine the safety and reliability of rail transport. Therefore, researching for EMU mechanic occupational stress and its relation with traffic safety according to the scientific method, proposing mitigation recommendations, it’s a hot issue about security management, psychology and other fields, it’s also the healthy development of the railway industry needs.On the basis of theoretical research, the research extracts835samples of Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and other places EMU mechanic with the revised scale of occupational stress, constructs EMU mechanic occupational stress norm, proposes occupational stress grading standards and factors,receives a certain level of occupational stress of EMU mechanic on the basis of comparative analysis with related jobs norm.Research results on the relationship between EMU mechanic occupational stress and traffic safety, there is a significant negative correlation between occupational tasks, the overall level of stress response and the overall level of safety performance, there is a significant positive correlation between the overall level of coping resources and safety performance. Occupational tasks impact safety performance through three paths: occupational tasksâ†'stress responseâ†'safety performance; occupational tasksâ†'coping resourcesâ†'stress responseâ†'safety performance;occupational tasksâ†'coping resourcesâ†'safety performance.Finally, the research targeted proposes intervention models and measures of EMU mechanic occupational stress combining findings, intervening EMU mechanic from self-intervention and organize intervention,providing guidance recommendations in order to improve EMU mechanic safety performance and ensure EMU traffic safety.
