Energy-saving And Optimization of Air-conditioning System of Changjiang Golf Hotel A representative building’s central air conditioning system of Zhongshan District is studied, by use of specialized software, the energy consumption structure of the air conditioning system is analyzed. According data of June to August,2009, the following conclusions are obtained:1) Different types of buildings have different characteristics of air conditioning energy consumption, thus energy-saving methods differ according the building types.2) The original operation data of the air conditioning system energy consumption data is provided and is a good reference to the Zhongshan hotel building energy consumption.3) the current dual-head chiller runs at right load rate, but the average operating load is higher. The average load is64%, the use of single-head screw chiller can save energy by4.9%compared with a dual head unit.4) Most of the time the cooling water return temperature is30~32℃, the cooling water temperature control is reasonable and effective.5) Cooling water temperature difference is in relatively low ranging from2~3.5℃, with an average value of2.9℃,,and is smaller than that of the design temperature of5℃.6) By the regulation of the cooling water pump frequency, the cooling water pupp can save14.2kW, annual savings of electricity could achieve56800kWh, the payback period is0.7years.7) Chilled water supply and return water temperature difference are analyzed from June to August; chilled water temperature is relatively low as an average of2.1℃.8) through the regulation of the cooling water pump frequency, the chilled water pumps can save23.7kW, annual savings of electricity could be94720kWh, the payback period is0.5years.Overall, by technological innovation, the air conditioning system in the device still has a large energy-saving space; management can still be strengthened from the statistics management, measurement, and unreasonable excavation in the system can be further analyzed.
