This paper used Creo software to model the conveyor in three dimensions,used ICEM software to divide the three-dimensional model grid,used the fluid analysis software fluent,carried on the temperature field analysis to the conveyor material and the cooling water,used the ANSYS software to carry on the heat flow solid coupling analysis to the sealing structure.This paper studied the cooling effect of water-cooled screw conveyor on high temperature materials and the sealing effect of high temperature end,analyzed the influence of cooling heat flow rate and material volume on cooling effect,and also analyzed whether the sealing structure at high temperature end meet the sealing requirements.The following conclusions were reached:1)The material conveying quantity has a significant effect on the cooling effect of the conveying material,with the increase of the conveying quantity,the temperature drop of the material decreases greatly.2)Cooling water flow has a certain effect on the cooling of the conveying material,but the effect is not small.In the case of other conditions unchanged,as the amount of water flow increases,the material cooling only decreases slight.3)Along the conveyor length direction of different parts,cooling effect has a very significant difference.The closer you get to the inlet end,the greater the temperature drop,and the closer you get to the outlet end,the smaller the temperature drop.4)The size of the spiral waterway has little effect on the cooling of the material.Waterway pitch,although the cooling effect has increased,but the change is small,the cooling water channel height increased,the cooling effect has been improved,and more obvious.5)High temperature sealing structure and sealing material can meet the sealing conditions,so as to ensure the sealing effect of the conveyor.Figure 37;Table 11;Reference 58.
