The Operation Management Mode Of The High-speed Railway Science And Technology Innovation Platform

Although high-speed railway has an obvious catalyst effect on the development of economy, it is an extremely complex systematic engineering for the construction of high-speed railway. So, there will be much higher demands on the technology of high-speed railway. There is no exaggeration to say that science and technology innovation platform of high-speed railway is of great significance, which is the great support of science and technology innovation.The studies in this paper strive to combine theory and practice. Through analyzing the process of science and technology innovation of high-speed railway with the integration theory of Industry Academy Research cooperation, it propose "the government leading mode" in the new course of science and technology innovation of high-speed railway.It studies the operation management mode of discipline of science and technology innovation platform of high-speed railway in the aspects of human resource management, scientific research project management, open service management, intellectual property protection and the mode of international cooperation.Regarding High-speed railway construction technology National Engineering Laboratory as a case, it does empirical research on the operation management mode of high-speed railway science and technology innovation platform. At last, it proposes some related countermeasures and suggestions based on the research results in the paper.
