The subject as a sub-topic of "the experimental study of high-speed railway non-ballasted track engineering application technology", aimed at the connection between96m span four-wire arch steel bridge decks and II Slab non-ballasted track to develop theoretical research and model test study. In this paper, the main results are as follows:(1) A finite element model of the arch foot of the steel box arch bridge was set up, simulated calculation and analysis of mechanical characteristic of the components of the arch foot and the connection between steel bridge decks and Slab non-ballasted track.(2) established a1:4scale test model at the local reinforcement parts which are connections between track plate and steel bridge decks. Simulated the stress state of the connections between track plate and steel bridge decks under the braking force.(3) The model test results agreed well with the finite element results of the real bridge under braking force, which have showed the feasibility of the design and loading mode of the test model. It can better reflect the actual stress state of the local reinforcement parts which are connections between track plate and steel bridge decks.(4) The model test results and the finite element results of the real bridge showed that:under braking force, the stress levels of the local reinforcement parts between the track plate and the steel bridge decks can meet the force requirements of structure and have some margin of safety. |
