In recent years,with the economic take-off of our country,the traffic volume has been increasing and overloading has become more frequent.Due to the long-term effect of the vehicle load and the effect of the heavy vehicle,traditional bridge decks will be seriously damaged due to insufficient bearing capacity,low rigidity,and weak shear resistance,which will reduce the performance of the bridge and affect the development of traffic.To this end,engineers have proposed a steel-folded concrete-concrete composite deck structure with a corrugated steel flap as the base plate.This new type of combined bridge deck structure uses a stud shear key to connect the steel folding plate and the concrete together.It is a combination of two materials that can work together,has the characteristics of high bearing capacity,high stiffness,strong shear resistance,light weight,etc.It has broad application prospects.However,there are few experimental studies on this new type of bridge deck structure,which seriously hinder its development and use.Therefore,it is extremely important to carry out in-depth theoretical research on the new composite bridge deck to provide reference for the project.This paper takes the Kongli Huaihe Bridge as the engineering background,and carries out in-depth theoretical research on this new structure through finite element simulation analysis.The research content mainly includes the following aspects:1.Author Established a finite element model of a steel folding plate-concrete composite deck plate to perform force analysis and find that the structure is subjected to stress Reasonable;The comparative analysis of the new composite bridge deck and the reinforced concrete bridge deck and ordinary steel-concrete composite deck panel shows that the new composite deck deck not only has higher bearing capacity and stiffness but also has lighter self-weight.2.Changing the strength and thickness of the concrete in the finite element model,the strength and thickness of the steel folding plate,and analysis shows that different material strength and thickness will affect the bearing capacity and stiffness of the structure,and give a reasonable range.3.The structural parameters of the steel folding plate are analyzed,including the height h of the steel folding plate,the width b1 of the top plate at the crest of the steel folding plate,the horizontal projection length b2 of the curved section and the horizontal width b3 of the bottom plate at the wave trough.Analyze the sensitivity of the structure to different structural parameters,determine the suitable parameter range in combination with the structural construction measures,use the optimized parameters for parameter combination,and compare with the original bridge panel after performing the simulation analysis.It shows that the optimized bearing capacity and stiffness of the structure are higher and the self-weight is smaller.4.Using different shear key design methods to design the new structure,analyze the effect of different shear pin design methods on the interface's relative slippage and mechanical properties;then use different shear pin layout methods to explore The arrangement of shear nails affects the relative slip and force of the structural interface.This article through the theoretical analysis of the steel folding plate-concrete composite deck,and comprehensive consideration of the mechanical properties,the structure of the self-weight,etc.,shows that this structure has superior mechanical properties,and provides a certain reference for the actual project.
