Model And Applications Research On Sunward R&D Project Management

As the Sunward Intelligent group rapidly develops and external market competition environment constantly changes, Sunward Intelligent R&D project management faces the huge challenge. The original R&D project management model exposed several problems:products could not meet the needs of the market, the product development efficiency was low, the success rate of product development was low, the product development cost was high, and the inter-departments communication and cooperation was difficult.This thesis deeply explored and comprehensively analyzed Sunward Intelligent R&D project management problems. The author explored the domestic and abroad advanced project management theory, method and practice. Based the full life cycle management theory under the integrated product development mode, the author designed a new model for the Sunward Intelligent R&D project management.In order to verify the new R&D project management mode is feasible and effective, based on the core conceptions of the integrated product development mode, the author described the actual practice of the Sunward Intelligent multi functional anchor drill project from the aspects of market orientation, concurrent engineering, cross-functional teams, and structural development process. Simultaneously based on the project full life cycle management theory, the four project management process, i.e. project approval management, project program management, project implement management, project termination management, had been put into practice on the Sunward Intelligent multi functional anchor drill project. Eventually a constructive project management frame came into being.The frame clearly elucidated the performances and achievements of the application of the full life cycle management theory under the integrated product development mode to Sunward Intelligent R&D project management.Therefore, the conclusions drawn:the full life cycle management theory under the integrated product development mode is effective to Sunward Intelligent R&D project management practice. The practical application of this theory and method in the independent research and development projects could ensure the market effectiveness of product development, improve the success rate of product development, reduce the risk of the project research and development, establish an effective communication mechanism, and shorten the development cycle.This thesis will not only guide the Sunward Intelligent Group R&D project management, but also provide beneficial reference to those who engage in project management practices in construction machinery industry.
