Pedestrian traffic as a transportation hub within the main component, has become increasingly urban transportation researchers, managers and traffic participants attention. As the diversity of pedestrian traffic behavior, slow, random, self-organization features make the study of pedestrian traffic difficult, using the traditional method of analytical models to describe the pedestrian behavior is very difficult. Through computer modeling to micro-simulation, because of its powerful computing capabilities and description of the behavior of pedestrians and diverse ways that made it a study in today’s society, an important means to evaluate pedestrian traffic. At present, the domestic research for pedestrian traffic simulation has a certain scale, but mostly macro-and meso-level research, and less micro-level research. This thesis is aimed at establishing a pedestrian traffic microscopic simulation platform for research, evaluation pedestrian traffic and its facilities.This paper on the Agent technology and cellular automata simulation model of the advantages of the analysis, we found a high degree of associativity, tap its maneuverability, combined with regular traffic simulation research methods, finishing a set of effective theoretical approach. Then as a basis to establish a combination of Agent ideas and cellular automata model is built pedestrian behavior microscopic simulation model to the behavior of cellular automata mechanism overall framework for the behavior of Agent technology gives individual behavior patterns. Culminating in NetLogo simulation program built on the platform, to achieve hub insiders behavior simulation.This article also characterized by several distinct Beijing subway hub station conducted a field research on the station’s various pedestrian facilities, such as screening machines, ticket gates, passages, escalators and passenger space station data were collected, statistics and analysis. To provide the facilities in the future transportation hub provide the basis for new construction and renovation and recommendations.Finally, based on cellular automata Agent, and built a pedestrian micro-simulation model visualization to achieve, and the simulation results and comparative analysis of the actual research data to prove the feasibility of the simulation modeling methods, validity and accuracy with further research and application value.
