Nowadays, information technology is playing a pivotal role in many fields.Meanwhile, information construction is working emphases of local authorities. Recently,more and more destroy accidents occur in the electric power line protection zones inFujian province. Effective management solutions are urgently needed by managementdepartments due to many electric power lines, heavy management and approval tasks.Currently, a lot of domestic projects are approved via internet and the government isgeneralizing online approval energetically. For electric power line protection zones,traditional approval mode can’t meet practical requirement, such as paper document andmanual audit. Hence, an online management system based on modern computerinformation can be set up to enhance the administrators’ efficiency.After communicating with users and investigating related data, we first analyze therequirement of online management system in the electric power line protection zones inFujian province. The modules of online management system include application, audit,inquire, statistic, surveillance and emergency and so on. The proposed system is basedon requirement analysis. We take several steps to implement it. First of all, weinvestigate previous work of online approval system, find out the significance of it andconfirm research contents. Secondly, we study the key technologies and relative theoryfor the proposed system. Thirdly, the design principle and guidance are confirmed. Inthe fourth place, we propose system construction design, operation logic design, internettopology design, function module design, datum system design, integration schemedesign and test methods. Finally, we test the concerning function, safety, pressureburthen, capability, speed and then improve the system according to test results.System test result indicate: system design is reasonable,running result is correctand stable, prospective requirement of system design is achieved. The system can meetonline management requirement for electric power line protection zones in Fujianprovince. Now, the system is running, application become convenient, manager canservice people better and efficiently.
