| Ground-based augmentation system(GBAS)can provide a more flexible and stable landing guidance than instrument landing system,and it can provide multiple forms of glide slope to multiple runways at the same time.It has been applied to many airports across the world through the approval of ATM equipment by FAA.The purpose of this paper is to excavate the supporting theory of ATM equipment approval system in Europe and America,and to provide technical reserves for the construction of approval system in China.The main contents are as follows:First,the life cycle management model of European and American ATM system is studied.Based on the permissibility principle,the approval framework of European and American ATM system equipment is combed.The security evaluation method and process are analyzed,it is the core of approval system.Second,this paper takes the GBAS equipment as the example of approval and the implementation principle and process of operation approval system of ATM equipment is studied.Furthermore,the support theory system and the model of establishment for approval system are combed.The performance of GBAS equipment is evaluated,the risk of failure is comprehensively identified,and the reliable solutions are proposed.Third,based on the security goal,this paper uses the life cycle model as the clue to analyze the operation approval theory of ATC equipment,and the theoretical system analysis,key factors extraction,model analysis and simulation are carried out on the two levels of equipment performance and human factors.Finally,the theoretical model of ATC equipment approval is established.Finally,based on the characteristics of CAAC,the framework of CAAC air traffic control equipment approval system is constructed,and the technical method and process of GBAS equipment operation can be implemented on the basis of the approval framework.The specific process contents of equipment performance test permit and field operation test permit for GBAS equipment are formulated. |
