| As China’s economic development needs, all various coastal ports have been configured and deployed by advanced vessel traffic management systems, namely VTS (Vessel Traffic Service) system from abroad.In order to make better use of the system for the various ports VTS Vessel Traffic Management Services, the introduction of the VTS system needs to work with local shipping enterprises and the maritime sector for effective data exchange. Based on a typical local port VTS systems and vessel traffic management needs and realities of the actual conditions, the paper researches, analysis and designs an efficient data exchange interface, and it has been successfully applied to a port vessel traffic management systems.The main contents include the following:1) Describes the theoretical basis of the system design needs, including J2EE, PostgresSQL databases;2) VTS system description and data exchange needs analysis;3) data exchange interface design;4) data exchange interface implementation.This paper presents a practical "Ship Dynamic Data Exchange Interface Management System" and specific design, including database configuration, interface implementation, based on existing technology and TCP/IP protocol, and Postgres’ storage procedures, taking into account the exchange of data security measures and other issues. |
