35kV transmission line plays an important role in distribution lines in our country, but the35kV as the low level of power transmission line, no line lightning protection conductor, and the line insulation level is low, the number of insulators is generally3-4, coupled with the complexity of the network structure, frame structure and diverse characteristics, once encounter lightning weather, distribution network not only direct lightning can cause accident of lightning, and lightning could cause great harm. Oilfield35kV line as the main oil pipe transmission and distribution lines, with a lot of the load of the oil well and residential load,35kV the lightning trip out rate has been accounted for35kV the line trip out rate of more than50%, and bring negative influence to oil production and living, thus reducing lightning trip out rate for improving the reliability of power supply line is extremely important.335kV lines of the project selected Shengli Power Management Corporation under the jurisdiction of the estuarine power supply company as the research object, through detailed analysis of lightning trip out of estuary area35kV lines, find out the defects and deficiency of the lightning protection measures of power grid, to find effective lightning protection measures in line with35kV oil line.In striking installed parallel gap lightning protection, and through laboratory test and theoretical analysis show that the gap distance can effectively protect the insulator;2in the inlet line terminal rod frame is arranged with a gap type line surge arrester to increase lightning withstand level of the line segment line, through simulation analysis can greatly reduce the lightning trip out rate.3.35kV line to be installed automatic reclosing to compensate for the circuit breaker misoperation, transient power outages caused;4must ensure that the inlet segment tower grounding resistance less than10ohm;5and the substation one-way grounding capacitive current is greater than11.4A, need to take the neutral point operation mode of the arc suppression coil grounding;6for some35kV line of special circumstances, should consider all lightning protection line.Lightning protection for35kV distribution network line is a system engineering, often need to topography, lightning from the line itself is easy to click, lightning protection measures line itself and operation management of the start, will ultimately reduce harm of lightning strikes on the transmission line caused by, increase the reliability of the power supply, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system.
