Research On The Reform Of The Lightning Protection And Grounding System Of 35kV Substation

The level of 35kV substations is wildly used in many factory and supply electric energy for the entire enterprise. But there exists many problems such as long-time-operation, aging of the electric equipment and backward management that should be settled emmiditlly. Among those problems, the croded liguting protection system affected the company’s safety production and economic benefits most. However, factories would not willing to rebuild a new substation for the reson that it need a lot of mony. In resent years, the safty problem became more and more serious that factories have to pay attention. Thus, reform of the transformation substation light protection and grounding is put on agenda by the factory.Taking the 35kV substation of Baililian company as an example,we collect the information and analyze the status of lightning based on the 35kV lightning protection and grounding system of JiaoZuo Bailian company.We compare the two designs combined with the company’s specific circumstance and complete the reform of the 35kV substation lightning protection and grounding system.Finally, we introduce an infrared line monitoring system for the 35kV substation of the JiaoZuo Baililian to realise 24hour monitoring. Through the erection of the substation grounding system of infrared lighting monitoring systems for power-line monitoring equipment, we improve the stability and reliability of the substation.
