Shaoyang County,the place where the mountain is very low has frequent lightning activity in the spring and summer.Power has been greatly affected.So,find out the mountain distribution network lightning protection equipment and lightning protection measures defects,and studied with lightning protection grid is good for security with supply reliability and security stability of the grid.Through the investigation and survey of 10 kV distribution line in Shaoyang mountain area,the author finds out the common defects or weak links in the lightning protection measures and insulation coordination,and analyses the difference reasons of lightning damage in different terrain environment by using the finite element simulation software,and risks classification based on risk matrix of multi distribution line lightning,eventually to ensure the lightning protection measures and results of technical and economic basis,the thesis proposes a set of lightning protection scheme.By establishing a reasonable simulation analysis model:1 ? Distribution line lightning damage situation in which its circuit topography are closely linked.Hillside inclination greater or lower soil resistivity of distribution lines,its lightning disturbance is relatively more frequent severe,and in the area of the building distribution lines,due to the shielding protection of high-rise buildings,the lightning damage is relatively small,and the line has high operational reliability;2?The structure of distribution network is weak in Shaoyang mountain area,in order to ensure the reliability of the line operation,the lightning protection effect of different lightning protection measures is simulated,it is found that the gap distance between lightning protection and lightning protection of distribution line in Shaoyang mountainous area is best when 108 mm is used,after installing the protection gap,lightning trip rate increased from 2.92[ times/(100km·year)] to 2.96 [times/(100km·year)],not increase,which is still acceptable category.3?Compare with refrain from taking any action lines,the line which every two tower mounted lightning rod lightning trip rate is 2.02 [ times/(100km·year)].When the lines are fully equipped with a lightning rod,the lightning trip rate reduce to zero.lightning protection effect is very good.4?After the erection of overhead ground wire lines,the lightningtrip out rate from initial 2.92[times/(100km,years)] fell to 1.73[times /(100km-year),effectively reducing the line lightning trip out rate,and lines from the effects of lightning when the lightning withstand level has also been significantly improved,with good lightning protection effect.Eventually,by selecting a plurality of distribution lines mountain to mine transformation,results show that,the lightning trip out rate from 24 times in the first half of2015 reduced to 9 in 2016,down 62.5%,with significant effect of lightning protection.
