In recent years, with the production and life of the power system security and grid stability requirements increase, dispatching automation system robustness and availability is becoming increasingly important, it is an important foundation fro the power production automation and modern management, network operation can be rationally managed, scheduled and controled, so that the power system can achieve optimal operation. Standby system can be used as a redundant system for dispatching automation system, which play the role of disaster recovery at the crucial moment, ensuring seamless grid system is able to dispatch department under the supervision. Converged standby system based on conventional theory, achieve simultaneously dispatching automation system backup strategy of multiple sets. The first systematic discussion of multiple heterogeneous systems to solve alternate method, converged on the main system and the backup system interaction diagram model provides an effective method of standard solutions.This paper firstly explores the regional converged backup system characteristics on its functions and features. Converged backup system must be able to bring the whole system diagram molds, artificial interoperable automatic synchronization, and the ability in a complex network environment, to ensure system availability.Converged backup systems usually are standby system which constructed with many heterogeneous systems, which require to implement the integration maintenance of system infomation, so the system synchronization model needs to include a large number of application information, including gathering information, calculate information, remote adjustment information and other data-based. The paper suppose richer model class definitions based on the Common Information Model, to meet the above-mentioned data synchronization requirements, and on the current amount of computation to solve the most difficult issues are discussed in detail, providing a wealth and available meet for the standard calculation model material.Through scalable vector graphics, the current cross-system interaction between the graphics already mature. However, the current application stay in the use level of diagram, and doesn’t give the complete standard definition for other applications dispatching automation system elements. In this paper, SVG standard gives general specifications of non-model elements and the complex primitives, improved graphics availability, especially the index graphics.The converged standby system has complex features at network environment, coupled with cross-system for cross-network service requirements, interaction between multi-master system and heterogeneous backup system needs, determine the need to provide an open, high-performance platform and interfaces. This article discusses system architecture based on service-oriented architecture, web-service technologies provide the service interface and definitions for external data query and control.For convergent systems, will bring big data problems, including large-capacity model, large capacity historical data, massive graphics management and so on. Through the appropriate compression and decompression algorithms that can manage the historical data compression to reduce disk space requirements; Through the module that bind relationship database libraries, memory database library, achieve consistency management of a large number of model; through the introduction of graphical management services to achieve massive graphics system-wide management and publishing..
