In recent years,with the improvement of the level of power system integrated automation,power application software(PAS)plays an important role in achieving secure,energy-saving and economic smart dispatching and decision-making.The correctness of network parameters and the network topology are the foundation of power application software(PAS).The parameters of grid equipments would affect the security and stability of power system.Parameter errors lead to the simulation results which do not fit the facts,which will influence the correctness of decision-making and credibility of the results.We need to estimate the parameters according to a certain algorithm and implement it by programming.The parameters which have been used in energy management system(EMS),such as the theoretical calculations,offline charging testing,et al,could no longer meet the requirements of the actual power grid.Especially with the fast development of power system in China,such as ultra-high voltage,large-capacity and long-distance power transmission,cross-region power grid becomes more complicated.With the development of phasor measurement unit(PMU)and wide-area measurement system(WAMS),it opens a new path for on-line parameter identification.This paper analyzes the existing parameter estimation function of SCADA/EMS system and by combining the data characteristics of synchronous Phasor Measurement Unit(PMU)and Wide-area Measurement System(WAMS),it explores the parameter estimation methods.It also studies the bad data detection and identification methods under the hybrid measuring system based on Wide-area Measurement System(WAMS)and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA)and proposes a bad detection and identification method based on topological relation and an identification model by introducing PMU power frequency into the electrical parameters of transmission line.Data fusion methods under the state estimation model and the state estimation calculative strategy under hybrid measuring system have been proposed in this paper through analysis of PMU/SCADA data fusion scheme.Finally,it explores the modeling theories and identification methods of electric transmission line in correspondence with different data sources.By introducing PMU power frequency variables in project instances into parameter identification and evaluating the results,conclusions of practical guiding significance will be given in this paper.
