Currently, the grid is applied by a uniform load modeling parameters in thesimulation, which can’t reach real-time and accurate simulation needs, at the sametime doesn’t conform to the actual load constitute situation. For the clear physicalconcept of component-based approach load modeling investigation process hascumbersome intermediate links, it becomes an obstacle to its development bottleneck.Relying on information automation investment, a large number of powermeasurement devices put in power system application, which brings newopportunities and challenges to component-based approach load modeling.Based on the power system actual situation, with the application of component-based approach load modeling principle, this paper has the purpose of establishing asolid, complete technical support system to the whole, on-line, real-time loadmodeling engineering practical. And this paper around the research and its applicationof online component-based approach load modeling based on the power andelectricity consumption information starts work. Mainly work in the following hastwo aspects: On one hand, combination of online component-based approach loadmodeling engineering requirements, the paper proposes the load characteristics ofmain grid substation online survey, which combines with distribution network end-user load power and constituted power information. The paper designs andimplements corresponding EMS daily load reports which based on energymanagement system and power marketing management information system, the EMSdaily load report is as one of the data source information of the load characteristics.By finishing arranging EMS daily load statements of local scheduling, which includesubstations and small local powers information, we can obtain the industryconstituted proportion of substation load, and the distribution and capacity of smalllocal power.Next through user information in load control system daily load curvewe can divide and get the results of typical industrial users, and then applying asample survey of small local power and typical industry user features. Finally, combining with the typical parameters of electrical equipment and the typicalgenerator parameters we can achieve a online component-based approachcomprehensive load modeling. On the other hand, based on the above principle, usingMicrosoft Visual Studio2005MFC technology to develop interface, building a variety of database formats as SQL Server, Access, and Excel for underlying datatransmission, the constitute characteristics acquisition lumped system of the powersystem load data is developed. This system has three institutions involving theprovince scheduling, local scheduling and the end-user load, applying FTP downloadtechnology to achieve automatically collecting and lumping statistical methods of thewhole network dispersion load constitute characteristics, in the modeling side we candownload local scheduling EMS daily load report information and complete loadconstitute characteristics data lumping. To some extent, this platform solves thegeographical dispersion of the load model, and it achieves the automation of loadconstitute characteristic survey, in other words, it improves the efficiency of survey, and improves the accuracy of the component-based approach load modeling.Today, this system has been put into trial operation in Hunan power grid, and itis safe, reliable, and stable during operation. The load modeling results in trialoperation period can be better fit with the land load characteristics, and we can say ithas important engineering significance in the grid running scheduling.
