Study On Engineering Property Of The Coal Gangue Lime-fly Ash Mixtures Refilling Of Foundation

Gangue is solid waste screened out in the coal mining and coal washing. The pileof coal gangue are not only taking up a lot of land, but also threatening the surroundingflora, the safety of lives and properties of residents and the environments. Thecomprehensive utilization of gangue has become an important research topic in the fieldof engineering. This paper focuses the research on the engineering properties of coalgangue lime-fly ash mixtures for refilling.Firstly, by analyzing the relevant physical and chemical property of coal gangue,fly ash, hydrated lime powder test, it can be used for refilling of foundation. Then ascoal gangue, fly ash, hydrated lime powder for raw material,using the uniform designmethod to design ten groups of mixture ratio programs. Do experimental study on theunconfined compressive strength in different ratio programs, so as to choose the bestmatch which is suitable for the foundation backfilling material. Using the best match todo the refilling of foundation and by making the appropriate test scheme to do the plateloading test to get the curve of p-s of coal gangue lime-fly ash mixtures refilling offoundation and determine the bearing capacity and deformation modulus, the resultsshow that the ratio mixture meet the blow20-story building for foundation filling.Analyzing to deserve the construction technology parameters of coal gangue lime-flyash mixtures for refilling of foundation, providing some references for the design andconstruction of coal gangue lime-fly ash mixtures for refilling of foundation.Finally, it has concluded that the coal gangue lime-fly ash mixtures applied in thefoundation backfilling construction works has economic, environmental and socialbenefits.
