As one of the large industrial solid waste,coal gangue not only occupies a lot of land resources,but also seriously threatens the natural ecological environment of China.In order to treat and comprehensively utilize coal gangue and reduce its adverse effects,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out in-depth research on the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue.However,at present,there is little research data on the water stability of coal gangue lime fly ash mixture.Therefore,this paper USES digital image processing technology to analyze the stability of coal gangue lime fly ash mixture after dry and wet circulation.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties of coal gangue,fly ash and lime of raw materials are tested.The dry and wet circulation test scheme of coal gangue lime fly ash mixture was designed,and the mixture ratio of the mixture,the relevant parameters of the specimen and the number of dry and wet cycles were determined.A CT scan program was developed.Then,the change of appearance and quality of specimens after the dry and wet cycle and the change of unconfined compressive strength were analyzed.Finally,the internal structure changes of coal gangue lime fly ash mixture specimens were analyzed through digital image processing technology,and the internal structure changes of coal gangue lime fly ash mixture were analyzed from different angles.At the same time,the water stability of coal gangue lime fly ash mixture after dry and wet circulation was analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the strength of coal gangue lime fly ash mixture increases obviously after experiencing 15 dry-wet cycles and 30dry-wet cycles,and the strength grows slowly after growing to a certain extent.Through digital image processing techniques,in 20 ? water temperature 85 ? drying conditions,the specimen internal violent volcanic ash effect,generation has a certain strength of the gel material.Moreover,the depth of the reaction is different from the surface,and the closer to the surface,the stronger the reaction is.The cementitious material formed by coal gangue lime fly ash mixture has better water stability,which provides reference significance for practical engineering.At the same time,it also shows that the digital image processing technology has a good application effect in the microscopic analysis of coal ganguelime fly ash mixture.
