With the continuous development of economy of Sanya, various industry continuesto rise, demand is also increasing, the demands of the people is increasing day by day,How to scientific and rational configuration of water supply pipe, not only affects thecity’s economic and social progress but also becoming one of the biggest "bottleneck"on urbaning comprehensive progress. Through widely reading the literature ofoptimized allocation of water resources and water supply pipe construction, beginingthe main problems of water supply network of sanya water analysis.This article firstly introduced the thesis research background, Briefly introducesthe general research situation of optimal allocation of water resources at home andabroad and the domestic and international research general situation of water supplynetwork. Then introduces the basic situation of the sanya, including natural conditions,weather, hydrology, river system and water conservancy facilities and social economicconditions. And then to sanya carried on the analysis and evaluation of water resources,including precipitation, surface and groundwater resources evaluation, total waterresources calculation. Then to sanya this article analyzes the status quo of water supplypipe network and water resources supply and demand balance analysis, found theproblems that exist in the process of water supply and water supply. Chapter v in thenear future and long-term planning in three different reliability analysis forecast thewater demand and water supply, and on this based on the established with economicbenefit, social benefit, ecological benefit comprehensive benefit of water resourcesoptimal allocation model of multi-objective function, using the optimization toolbox ofMatlab programming calculation, then combined with water resources allocationscheme for the water resources allocation results of three different planning year, andaccording to the node over current situation analysis and comparison of investment todetermine the recommended scheme, the diversion of water resources and to determinethe preliminary plan and water supply.
