Blood vessels are the city's water supply and drainage systems and contexts,the condition of the system health or not directly affects the development of the city.Based on urban water supply and drainage system as the research object,this paper studies the coordinated development between its supply and demand.Thesis on the basis of system theory,synergetics theory as a guide,combining qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation,build harmonious degree evaluation index system and model.In this paper,summarized the factors influencing the demand of the water supply and drainage system and comprehensive,build demand system,to reflect the current state of the urban water supply and drainage system and the level of factor as the index,construct supply system.Based on supply and demand coordination degree between the two systems of calculated to evaluate the coordinated development of urban water supply and drainage system.In this paper,on the basis of system theory,synergetics theory,using the method of combining theory with practice and study of tianjin city water supply and drainage system supply and demand coordination problems.First of all,according to the purpose of this study,in this paper,the coordination of defining the concept and instructions,and the related basic theory,the coordinated development of supply and demand of urban water supply and drainage system of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation to provide theoretical support.Secondly,this paper analyzes the urban water supply and drainage system of supply and demand system of the constituent elements and characteristics,and puts forward the urban water supply and drainage system of supply and demand coordination degree evaluation method,the specific method is as follows: the first step,selecting appropriate index can reflect the status of system development,build the index system;The second step,through the use of principal component analysis(pca)from the selection of evaluation index system in the data extraction respectively supply system and the demand system of depending on a parameter;The third step,the supply system,demand systems are calculated separately,and the degree of order on the basis of the degree of coordination between computing system;The fourth step,analyze the influencing factors and the relationship between the coordination degree.Finally,this paper USES the quantitative analysis model for water supply and drainage system of supply and demand coordination development situation of tianjin for empirical research,with the help of SPSS software,the index system for reliability and validity test,the results from calculation of tianjin water supply and drainage system of supply and demand coordination degree.And found the problem,analyze the causes,for the relevant departments will provide a scientific basis for decision makers.
