The paper is based on a project of the company of XX, the design and development for the air cylinder support of large-scale car is the final purpose to this project. Finite element simulation technology has been used in the paper to analyze and research the product.The car air cylinder bracket mold has been designed, based on witch a reasonable transform is made as well. The author’s views have been showed about the processing method, processing technology to the part and the selection and maintenance of punch. At the aspect of theory, the author has studded the fundamental theory of stamping, finite element analysis and material elastic-plastic deformation.Then,the blanking process was simulated with the finite element solftwear software of Deform, the influence of blanking clearance to the blanking result has been analyzed,witch could be used to optimizing the design parameters of mould, meanwhile,it is important to directing actual production. In determining the blanking clearance, the mould reasonable range is0.46mm to0.60mm, the scope for blanking process is relatively large, on past experience, it can use Deform-3D software to carry on the reasonable parameter optimization, in the reasonable range of production more efficient at last, the paper illustrates the shortage, after all, is simulated blanking process, with the actual production still have certain difference, if it can go to factory to get the real experimental data, the comprehensive simulation process, the conclusion will be more accurate, this will study up in the later.
