As a widely used method, Pressing-explosive has many advantages, such as the wide usage of explosives, detonation sensitivity of large, and short production cycle.Some important parameters, such as charge pressure, pressing speed, and dwell time have dramatic effect on their quality. The mould is the important equipment during the preparation process. In this thesis, considering the disadvantages of the original pressing process, the overall pressing-explosive process and the mould design have been researched well. It mainly includes the following aspects:1.This thesis analyses the pressing-explosive process of the varying nature of the agent and process safety, after which the mold of the original structure has been improved.The original mould service life of 500 ~ 600 / set, the improved new mould of 4000 ~ 5000 / set, greatly extend the service life of the mold.2.The pressing process of the explosive DHL explosive force are analyzed in theory, and analyzes the deformation behavior of powder in pressing process.3.Using the finite element theory, and by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to DHL the explosive powder compacting process are simulated, the following conclusions:DHL powder explosive pressure in the process,along with the increase of the grain density, die bodies by the lateral pressure also increased gradually, and the maximum stress near the punch parts. Die bodies on the friction in different sizes, different areas suffered on parts are high friction, lower by friction. To suppress the DHL dynamite column happened after springback behavior4. The original integral DHL explosive pressing mould was improved for the coat and the die body, a new improved mould wear rate significantly decreased; Will push back the original positioning mode by the constant pressure method to locating method, makes the process to effectively improve safety.
